Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of MySecretPass.link, including seller listings, purchases, crypto payments, payouts, Affiliate and Referral programs, moderation and related services. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Crypto is final by nature
A transfer sent to the wrong address, asset or network may be impossible to recover. Always verify the checkout instructions before sending funds.
Order economics are snapshotted
The fee, seller payout, Affiliate, Referral and other settlement allocations applicable when an order is created are recorded for that order and are not retroactively recalculated because a later policy changes.
No guaranteed earnings
Sales, Affiliate commissions, Referral rewards, token values and other outcomes are not guaranteed. Do not treat the service as financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

1. Agreement, scope and definitions
By accessing or using MySecretPass.link, creating a seller account, publishing a listing, making a purchase, generating an Affiliate or Referral link, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
“MySecretPass,” “we,” “us” or “the service” refers to the MySecretPass.link marketplace technology and its operator. “Seller” means the person or entity publishing a listing. “Buyer” means a person purchasing or accessing a listing. “Affiliate” refers to the seller-acquisition attribution program, while “Referral” refers to qualifying post-specific referral links.

2. Eligibility, accounts and age-restricted material
You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms. Sellers must provide accurate account information, maintain access to their email, protect their login credentials and keep a valid payout wallet. You are responsible for activity performed through your seller account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If a listing is marked NSFW, adult or otherwise age-restricted, you may access it only if you are legally permitted to do so where you are located. Sellers must not target minors with adult material and must never offer content involving child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual material or any other unlawful exploitation.

3. Our marketplace role and the seller-buyer relationship
MySecretPass provides technology for publishing listings, collecting or verifying supported crypto payments, granting access and routing settlement records. Unless expressly stated otherwise, MySecretPass is not the author, owner or supplier of seller-provided content and does not make the seller’s promises on the seller’s behalf.
The seller determines the listing description, price, delivery destination and support information and is responsible for legality, accuracy, availability, licensing and fulfillment. Buyers should evaluate a listing and the seller information before purchase. We may provide moderation, payment support or operational assistance without assuming the seller’s underlying obligations.

4. Seller listings, delivery and ongoing obligations
Sellers must describe what a buyer will receive accurately and must not hide material restrictions, fabricate scarcity or social proof, impersonate another person or business, or make misleading claims about income, performance, authorship or affiliation. Any preview, demo, category, language, price, discount, contact information and access destination must materially match the offer.
Sellers must have all rights, permissions and licenses necessary for the listing and destination, keep the destination reasonably available, maintain buyer-facing contact information, respond to access or refund issues in good faith, and comply with applicable consumer, intellectual-property, sanctions, tax and other laws. A broken, removed, private or materially different destination remains the seller’s responsibility.

5. Buyer purchases, delivery and browser-linked access
Buyers may be able to purchase without creating a seller account. A purchase is completed only after the service recognizes the required payment and marks the order accordingly. Digital access may be delivered immediately after payment confirmation, and the buyer expressly requests immediate delivery where the checkout presents that consent, subject to non-waivable law.
Purchase history and anonymous access can depend on browser-linked data. Clearing cookies or site data, changing browsers or devices, using privacy tools that remove storage, or otherwise losing the browser identity may remove the local purchase list or make automatic restoration unavailable. Keep receipts and order information for purchases you may need later.

6. Prices, fees, commissions and order snapshots
The price shown at checkout and the active marketplace fee policy at order creation govern that order. The service may allocate the marketplace fee among platform operations, Affiliate commissions, buyback-related allocations or other disclosed components. A valid post Referral may reduce the seller’s payout and allocate the disclosed Referral reward to the referrer. The exact amounts recorded for the order are the settlement source of truth.
Current program percentages shown on the service may change prospectively. Changes do not retroactively rewrite a completed order’s financial snapshot. Taxes, blockchain fees, swap effects, third-party payment costs or legally required deductions may apply where disclosed or required. Sellers and participants are responsible for understanding their own tax obligations.

7. Crypto payments, blockchain finality and conversion risk
Supported payments may involve USDC, SOL or other displayed crypto assets and may require on-chain transfers or asset conversion. Blockchain transactions can be public, irreversible and technically sensitive. You must send the exact asset, network, destination and amount shown by checkout and preserve required decimal precision. Closing a browser window does not cancel a transaction already sent on-chain.
Market prices, routes, liquidity, network congestion, RPC or provider availability and conversion output can vary. If a payment is underpaid, overpaid, sent with modified details, sent on the wrong network or cannot be safely reconciled, access or settlement may be delayed, held for review or require support. We do not promise recovery of mistakenly sent or unrecoverable crypto assets.

8. Seller payouts and wallet responsibility
Sellers and earning-program participants must provide a supported, valid payout wallet and are responsible for its accuracy and security. Payout records may snapshot the wallet and amount for a specific order so that later profile changes do not redirect an already-created allocation. A payout may be queued, held or reviewed when payment conversion, compliance, network or reconciliation conditions are not safely complete.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding wallet private keys, seed phrases and signing devices. MySecretPass will never need your private key or seed phrase to pay you. Funds sent to a valid address selected or confirmed by you may be unrecoverable if you later lose access to that wallet or supplied the wrong address.

9. Affiliate & Referral programs
Affiliate and Referral are separate programs and are recorded separately. Affiliate attribution is intended to reward eligible sellers who introduce a new seller through the designated Affiliate flow; the service may use a first-party attribution mechanism for that purpose. “Lifetime” or similar marketing language means qualifying sales during the continuing eligible relationship and program availability, not an irrevocable promise that a rate or program will exist forever.
Referral rewards apply only to qualifying purchases made through a valid post-specific Referral link for a public listing with Referral enabled. Post Referral does not use a persistent Referral cookie. Self-referral of your own listing is invalid, including a manually constructed URL, and suspicious, automated, deceptive or manipulated attribution may be rejected, cancelled or withheld. Affiliate and Referral rewards may both apply to one order when each independently qualifies, but their records remain separate.

10. Refunds, payment problems and disputes
Because the service can provide digital access immediately, purchases are generally treated as final after access begins, except where applicable law provides a non-waivable cancellation, refund or remedy. If a destination is inaccessible, broken or materially different from the listing, the buyer should contact the seller and may also use MySecretPass reporting or payment-support channels when appropriate.
A refund, reversal or dispute does not automatically mean an on-chain transfer can be undone. We may investigate payment facts, access state, seller conduct and technical records and may cancel unpaid commissions or hold related settlement amounts while a matter is reviewed. Sellers remain responsible for seller-approved refunds and for lawful consumer remedies attributable to their offer, subject to the service’s available technical and operational processes.

11. Prohibited content and prohibited conduct
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, scams, stolen credentials or property, malware, phishing, unauthorized surveillance, infringement, exploitation, trafficking, harassment, non-consensual intimate material, child sexual abuse material, dangerous wrongdoing, sanctions evasion, money laundering, deceptive financial or earnings claims, or content or activity prohibited by applicable law or relevant infrastructure providers.
You also may not manipulate purchases, reviews, Referral or Affiliate attribution; simulate traffic, scarcity, demand or social proof; bypass fees or access controls; scrape or overload the service; probe or exploit security vulnerabilities; introduce harmful code; impersonate others; interfere with another user; or attempt to obtain private keys, credentials or personal data without authorization. We may act against abusive conduct even if the precise technique is not listed here.

12. Intellectual property, seller rights and reports
Sellers retain their rights in content they lawfully own. By submitting listing text, images, previews or other materials to the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, cache, reproduce, resize, display and distribute those materials only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote and moderate the listing and service.
You must not list material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights. Rights holders and affected users may report suspected violations through the available contact or reporting channels. We may remove or restrict material, request supporting information, preserve relevant evidence or take other reasonable action while a rights complaint is reviewed.

13. Reviews, communications and user-submitted information
Reviews, reports, support messages and public-facing seller communications must reflect genuine experience and must not be fraudulent, abusive, coercive or misleading. Incentivized or fabricated reviews, review manipulation and retaliation against a reviewer are prohibited. We may preserve deleted or moderated records where reasonably necessary for disputes, security or audit history.
Do not submit secrets, seed phrases, private keys, unnecessary sensitive data or unlawful personal information through support, listings or messages. If you provide contact information or communications for a listing, you authorize their display or processing to the extent needed to deliver the feature you selected. Seller account email addresses may also be used for necessary service, security, support and operational notices. Promotional or marketing emails are sent only where permitted by applicable law and subject to any required consent, sender-identification and opt-out requirements; accepting these Terms does not itself replace separate marketing consent where such consent is required.

14. Moderation, investigations, holds and enforcement
To protect users, infrastructure and legal compliance, we may blind or remove media, unpublish listings, limit search visibility, pause features, suspend accounts, hold or cancel unpaid payouts or commissions, require additional information, preserve records, block abusive traffic or cooperate with valid legal requests. Serious, repeated or urgent violations may result in action without prior notice.
Enforcement decisions may consider listing content, transaction patterns, reports, account history, technical evidence, third-party provider requirements and risk to buyers, sellers or the service. Where appropriate, you may contact us to provide context, but nothing requires us to restore content, access or a program benefit where doing so would violate law, provider requirements, security obligations or these Terms.

15. Third-party services, availability and service changes
The service relies on third-party infrastructure that may include Cloudflare services, Solana networks and RPC providers, crypto-payment or swap infrastructure, email delivery, storage, external seller destinations and wallet software. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, outages and technical limitations, and we do not control their independent operation.
We may add, remove, suspend or change features, supported assets, payment routes, limits, fee policies, Affiliate or Referral rules, moderation controls or other parts of the service for legal, security, operational or product reasons. We aim to avoid retroactively changing completed order snapshots, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

16. Disclaimers, liability, termination, changes and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, seller performance, content quality, income, investment return, token value or recovery of irreversible blockchain transfers. Nothing on the service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Non-waivable statutory warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySecretPass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from seller content, lost browser data, wallet compromise, market movement, third-party outages or transactions sent contrary to checkout instructions. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal/security reasons. We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and updated date. Disputes should first be raised through Contact; applicable mandatory consumer law and the jurisdiction of a legally competent court or authority are not excluded by these Terms.
